The profile of a company is built on authenticity – and that means including all your idiosyncrasies and any rough edges. It’s the same as when you look at a person: you want to see character, not just a pretty face.
Steiner Communications is an independent corporate and financial communications consultant. Walter Steiner moved to the Zurich-based PR agency Trimedia International in 1989, assuming responsibility for financial and investor relations. From 1992 to 1998, he was CEO of the financial communication agencies Eurocom and Wirz Investor Relations.

A successful communications strategy is born of a company’s strategy and pursues long-term objectives.
In a company crisis, the extent of the damage hinges on public perception; the actual cause of the damage is secondary.
Companies striving to be “zeitgeisty” deny their past and blend their future.
